Before application, it should be diluted with a carrier oil such as jojoba, which also helps block the mustard-like scent of neem oil.

Cinnamon bark oil

Cinnamon is a widely utilized spice extracted from the Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree bark. Cypress oil

Cypress oil is pressed from the stems and leaves of the evergreen Cypress tree grown in many parts of the world. Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil is the oil obtained from the Australian Melaleuca alternifolia bush. It has been used for decades to cure various medical problems, to fend off pests, and for household cleaning. Tea tree oil finds use in many beauty products, soaps, and shampoos and can it comes in varying strengths, with some already distilled and ready for use.

Tea tree oil has been proven to possess antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral effects in scientific studies. And these properties accelerate wound healing and may help treat warts. Diluted tea tree oil should be applied directly to the wart twice daily. It may take several months to see results with tea tree oil.

If you do have the highly concentrated essential oil, water it down in a carrier oil before using it. The oil has been shown to affect hormonal activity, so it is used with caution by breastfeeding women or women who are pregnant. Also, caution should be applied when using oil on children. Most importantly, one should never ingest tea tree oil.

Clove oil

Clove oil comes from a tree indigenous to Indonesia’s dried flower bud. It is used as the common spice in the kitchen once ground.

Clove has an ancient history as a natural cure for many illnesses, including warts. Clove oil is unusual as it has antiseptic properties and is used to numb the body, making it an excellent alternative to treat painful warts.

Clove oil also has some antiviral properties, which would make it more useful to treat warts. Diluted clove oil may be applied to the affected area once or twice a day. Consequently, clove may cause abnormal bleeding.

It should not be used by anyone with bleeding disorders or on blood-thinning medication.

Frankincense oil

Frankincense oil is another popular essential oil used in home remedies and aromatherapy. According to ancient history, this oil is used across several religions and for traditional rituals.

Frankincense has antimicrobial, astringent, and wound-healing properties that may be helpful in the treatment of warts.

Aside from this, frankincense is used as a beauty product, as well as a household cleaner and a medicinal remedy for a variety of ailments.

USAGE: Place 1 to 2 drops of the frankincense oil mixed with 1 to 6 drops of carrier oil on a cotton ball, place this cotton ball on the wart, and then cover with a bandage. Repeat procedure 2 times per 7days until your wart is gone completely.
